Small update to resolve the following bugs:

No audio on item arm movement.
Audio attached to window opening.
Settings window should now trigger with esc in all scenes.
New password hidden in environment.
Win/Loss sounds now trigger correctly.

New:
Added confetti after you have unlocked the upgraded item bell, congratulations!
Added blood affect to dealers wounds
